Terms & Conditions

• Purchase of the Child/Adult Experience Tickets, Private Tour with Docent, and F&B Package is mandatory as a bundled offering. These components are not available for individual purchase.
• Optional add-on services, including but not limited to the Balloon Artist, Face Painter, and Magician may be purchased separately.
• Minimum 10 pax to maximum 25 pax.
• F&B Package is for 2 hours. The Alcohol package will only be served to guests aged 20 and above, in accordance with the legal drinking age.
• If there is at least one guest aged 5 – 15 years old in the group, all guests within the same booking will be charged the Child F&B Package rate, and the menu served will follow the Child F&B Package selection.
• If guests wish to purchase the Adult F&B Package, all guests within the group must be aged 16 years old and above.
• Booking must be made at least 14 days in advance.
• F&B Package price is for children 5 – 15 years old and adults 16 years old and above, which differs from the Experience tickets, where Child tickets are for those 3 – 10 years old and Adult tickets for those 11 years old and above.
• Discount is not applicable to Dino-mite Birthday package.
• Prices are in Thai Baht and subject to a 10% service charge and applicable government taxes.
